Plans for apartments would have ‘overbearing impact’
A PROPOSAL for the development of four one-bed apartments at Dodsborough Cottages in Lucan would have “an overbearing impact” and “significantly affect residential amenity”.
This is according to South Dublin County Council, which refused planning permission for the proposal which was lodged by applicants Cathal and Cormac McBride.
