Plans to deliver 1,100 new homes on greenfield lands
PLANS to deliver a new neighbourhood, comprising of more than 1,100 homes and 23,400sqm of community and retail space, are in tow with an application set to be lodged with An Bord Pleanála in the coming months.
The Land Development Agency (LDA), in partnership with Dublin City Council as landowners, is working on plans to develop on greenfield lands beside Park West and Cherry Orchard train station.
