
Possible disruption to water supply for several Tallaght estates due to essential works
Residents in several Tallaght housing estates could experience a disruption to their water supply this afternoon due to essential works being carried out by SDCC’s Water Section on behalf of Irish Water.
Valve works taking place on the Castletymon Road could see disruption to residents in Castletymon Park, Castle Lawns, Balrothery and surrounding areas.

According to Irish Water, the works are expected to be finished by 3pm.
A statement from them said: “Valve works may cause supply disruptions to St. Aengus Church, Castletymon Park, Castle Lawns, Balrothery Estate and surrounding areas in Co. Dublin.
“Works have an estimated completion time of 3pm on 23 August.
