Programme targets area-based social exclusion and poverty
MINISTER for Community Development, Integration and Charities, Joe O’Brien was at the Cherry Orchard Centre on Tuesday, to announce the expansion of the Empowering Communities Programme to Cherry Orchard.
The ECP specifically targets area-based deprivation, identified by the Pobal HP Deprivation Index, through a community development approach.
