Renault Belgard seek to provide external car-wash
By Brendan Grehan
RENAULT Belgard has applied to South Dublin County Council for planning permission to demolish and remove existing single- and two-storey extensions on the north-east façade.
The application also includes removal of existing canopies on south-west, north-west facades including fitting of new curtain-walling with matching entrance doors plus new wall cladding.
They also seek provision of a new two-storey infill extension (21 sq m) at the front south-west façade to accommodate new vehicle inspection bays, a new roller shutter door on the south-east façade to internal valeting bays, filling-in of two existing floor voids at first-floor level in showroom (108 sq m), and provision of a new external car-wash facility to the south-east side.
Renault are also looking to install new external illuminated building signage and new pylon sign on the north-west boundary, three freestanding signs to external feature display areas.
