UP TO 45 residents are set to move into a new age-friendly Clann/Clúid Housing managed Sandymills development in Clondalkin by the end of this week.
There had been concerns in the community over a delay with people waiting for the last year to move into the Sally Mill Lane site, which is dedicated for people over 55 years-of-age.
