Retention planning refused for Larkfield apartment units

RETENTION planning for seven additional apartment units at Larkfield House, the former Liffey Valley Fitness on Coldcut Road, has been refused permission by South Dublin County Council.

Applicants Jackie and Vincent Cosgrave proposals included to now provide for 44 units (three studios, 36 two-bed units and five three-bed units) in lieu of the permitted 37 apartment units with associated internal alterations to accommodate them within the existing 4-5 storey building known as Larkfield House.
