Revised planning submitted for 19 houses and 265 apartments at Terenure College
A revised planning application has been submitted for a major South Dublin development that was refused permission earlier this year on the grounds of “inadequate” parking spaces.
Lioncor subsidiary, 1 Celbridge West Land Ltd, have resubmitted a planning application for the four-building development on lands at Terenure College after their original application was refused by Dublin City Council.
