Judge David McHugh remanded her on continuing bail in her absence, as she did not have to be in court.

Ms Collins, with an address at Collinstown Crescent, Clondalkin, is accused of affray at Collinstown Crescent on September 26, 2019.

Judge McHugh granted free legal aid after defence barrister Jennifer Jackson made an application and said Ms Collins was unemployed.

The case was adjourned to January 14.

A co-accused, Margaret Green, aged 34, with an address at Ballyfermot Road, was previously before the court and had her case adjourned to a different date in January.

In her case, the court was told it was alleged there was a violent melee at a birthday party in a house on the night, during which several people were injured, some needing stitches to their foreheads.

It was alleged they were fighting physically, hitting each other, and some were taken to hospital.
