She also pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics worth €67.75 from Superdrug, Liffey Valley, also on April 11 last.

Creedy also pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth €189.94 from H and M, Liffey Valley, also on April 11 last.

Creedy also pleaded guilty to stealing two Gucci frames worth €630 from Vision Express, Liffey Valley, also on April 11 last.

A garda told Judge David McHugh that on April 11 last, Creedy entered Vision Express in Liffey Valley and stole five pairs of frames.

He said Creedy also stole items from H&M and from Superdrug.

The garda said all items were recovered except for three pairs of frames and they were unsure where they are now.

Judge McHugh noted the value of the goods stolen.

Creedy’s counsel said his client was a mother of two children and said she works intermittently in Croke Park.

He said Creedy “wasn’t in her right mind” at the time of the incident.

Judge McHugh sentenced Creedy to six months jail, suspended for two years.

The Counsel asked the judge to set terms for appeal.

Setting the appeal, Judge McHugh told the counsel: “Do you think you are going to do better in another court.”
