‘Soul destroying’ – planning refused for floodlit pitch
THE chairman of Tallaght Town Football Club said members have been left “devastated” after a “soul-destroying” planning process that saw the club be refused planning permission for a floodlit pitch.
The club’s plan for the floodlit pitch in their home ground in Carolan Park, Kiltipper, was refused planning permission by South Dublin County Council last month.
