‘Substantial’ annual turnover at Killinarden House

THE Killinarden House pub has been offered for sale with an asking price of €550,000 through property agents CBRE.

Described as already having a “substantial” annual turnover, the well-known Killinarden pub has been offered for sale through private treaty on the instruction of receivers Stephen Tennant and Paul McCann of Grant Thornton.

The two-storey licenced premises extends to approximately 750 sqm, and includes a bar, lounge and off-licence on the ground floor with a former nightclub location overhead.

Located at the rear of the property a compact kitchen, along with cold rooms and storage facilities that are accessed through a large delivery yard.

CBRE said that the property is “presented in excellent decorative order throughout” and that the sale of Killinarden House “represents an excellent opportunity to acquire an extensive and well-appointed licensed premises”.

It also said that the property is “located in a densely populated residential area with scope to improve the already substantial annual turnover”.
