
Teachers ‘need more permanent positions’ Minister McEntee told
A secondary school teacher called for more job security in the sector as he met with Minister for Education Helen McEntee at the Teachers’ Union of Ireland annual congress.
“Education needs more permanent positions,” said Darren Carey, a business teacher at Old Bawn Community School, as he took part in the national congress on Wednesday, April 23.
