‘Terrified’ residents living in vicinity of City Edge proposals

THE sheer volume of recent planning applications linked to the City Edge Project has ”terrified” residents living in the vicinity of the massive proposal, and led to calls for Dublin City Council to speed up publication of a statutory plan to inform people what is happening.

Plans launched for City Edge in 2022 by Dublin City Council and South Dublin County Council include proposals for up to 40,000 homes on lands in Naas Road, Ballymount and Park West.
