COSTS associated with completing new age friendly homes have “significantly increased” with a project in Tallaght being further delayed due to issues around utility connections, reports Hayden Moore.
40 age-friendly social homes in Maplewood and Fernwood, in Springfield, have been hit with incessant delays ever since starting construction three-years-ago.
