Top entrepreneur finalists attend recent retreat to Singapore

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year finalists, including Michael McCambridge from Rathcoole business McCambridge Bread, and Brian Fahey from Walkinstown company MyCompilanceOffice, were among a group of Ireland’s top entrepreneurs who went on a recent retreat in Singapore.

McCambridge and Fahey joined a delegation of 90 CEO’s including this year’s EY finalists, as well as 70 alumni representing a broad spectrum of industries.

The entrepreneurs spent the week in Singapore which included meetings with some of Singapore’s most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Michael McCambridge, McCambridge Bread said: “I was fortunate to be selected as a finalist and invited to join the CEO Retreat in Singapore. EY brought together an impressive group of previous finalists, experts, educationalists, and key speakers to make the retreat a unique, informative, and enjoyable experience.”

Brian Fahey, CEO MyComplianceOffice said the retreat provided a “deluge of thought-provoking ideas”.

“I learned so much from my fellow entrepreneurs as they shared their experiences both in terms of challenges and success. We also heard many inspiring speeches from industry leaders which encouraged us to challenge our thinking. It really was an unforgettable journey.”
