TWO WAREHOUSE units are for sale at a Tallaght Industrial Estate for €3.2m.

Uppercross Enterprises is selling its former two adjoining industrial/warehouse and office units at Broomhill Business Complex, after moving its plumbing supplies business to larger premises in Belgard Square.

Industrial property agents Harvey are offering the units for sale individually or together with asking prices of €1.7m for Unit 1C and €1.5m for Unit 1D.

Speaking to the Irish Independent, Kevin McHugh of Harvey said: “With only one other similar-sized industrial unit currently advertised for sale in the entire Dublin market, these units are sure to appeal to both owner-occupiers and investors. Their good condition also means that they could be occupied immediately without the need for refurbishment which has become very expensive.”
