VIDEO: Skimming stones in Glendalough never looked so beautiful

The upper lake in Glendalough is one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in the country, and on a day like today, when the sun is shining, there’s not many other places we would rather be.

Many of you will be familiar with the work of Frank Corry who has been capturing pictures from the upper lake every day for the last five years.

His work has been featured across Irish media, and today he shared a wonderful short video that takes us straight back to our own childhood when we would spend hours skimming stones along the lake.

The slow-motion clip is really stunning and shows the absolute beauty of the lake on a day like today.
