Walk and Talk member rescued from Croagh Patrick
The founder of a Tallaght walking group has thanked Mayo Mountain Rescue “from the bottom of our hearts” after they rescued a group member from Croagh Patrick.
Breda Holmes, who was climbing Croagh Patrick on Saturday afternoon, February 7 with the Tallaght Walk and Talk group, suffered a fall on the lower part of the mountain and was stretchered off the mountain by the rescue team.
