Traffic Warden Paschal Murray told Judge Patricia McNamara that he came across a car parked with its four wheels on the footpath on the above date.

He said that he issued a fine for €40 and placed it on the windscreen.

Warden Murray said the fine had not been paid.

Bola Falomo said there was no ticket on her windscreen when she returned to her car.

Judge McNamara noted that the four wheels had been parked on the footpath.

She told Bola Falomo: “Any blind person or a person with a buggy would have to go out onto the road. It’s very dangerous.”

In response to the judge, Bola Folamo said she was a hospital worker.

Judge McNamara fined her €150.
