€100 fine for cruelty to puppy

A MAN who broke a puppy’s leg and tried to strangle her has been fined €100 by Tallaght Court.

Kevin Louin’s housemate suspected he was injuring her four-month-old beagle puppy and recorded him assaulting the puppy on an iPad she left in the kitchen of the house they shared together with others. See Full story on page 8 of this week’s Tallaght Echo.
