EXPRESSIONS of interest on the acquisition of a site located within the Grange Castle Business Park are being sought by South Dublin County Council.

The site, which extends to 2.49 hectares, has a value of just over €3 million and is being touted as an “ideal” opportunity to develop a 21,000 sq m headquarters office development.

Recent clients to the Grange Castle Business Park include Google, Grifols, Pfizer, Interxion and Verne Global, with both Microsoft and Grifols announcing significant expansion plans.

The site also has the potential for brands seeking a competitive location in an established business environment, businesses that have outgrown their existing accommodation and start-up companies that require flexible lease agreements with scalability options.

Applications that will be considered include those that are interested in acquiring the site to develop within a given timeframe, interests in partnering with South Dublin County Council where the value of the site would be related to future income streams and all other interests of value.

South Dublin County Council are not willing to consider applications for a design, build and leaseback offer.

Interested parties who are willing to assess this opportunity and make an expression of interest are sought and asked to visit www.grangecastle.ie or call 01 4149361 for more information.

Expressions of interest by way of letter outlining a proposal should be submitted to the Procurement Department of South Dublin County Council by June 30, 2016 or via email at tenders@sddublincoco.ie.

In the event of sufficient interest, South Dublin County Council may decide to enter dialogue with interested parties.

Grange Castle is currently 50 per cent occupied, with in excess of 2,500 people currently employed throughout the Business Park.
