46 vacant houses in Tallaght Central area
THERE are 46 vacant council houses in the Central Tallaght area according to a recent report.
South Dublin County Council confirmed that the properties in the Tallaght Central and South Electoral Area were on the voids list as of March 31, 2021.
According to the report, there are 17 properties ready to re-let, 10 which are deemed as works in progress and 19 which are in the tendering stage.
The average re-let time for these properties is currently 19 weeks.
