941 student bedspaces at Gowan House are rejected
PLANS for nearly 1,000 “student accommodation bedspaces” at Gowan House on Naas Road have been rejected by Dublin City Council.
Malclose Limited submitted a planning application last June, seeking permission for a large-scale residential development (LRD) scheme at a site in Carriglea Business Park.
