
ABP grants permission for Buglers House plans

PERMISSION has been granted for the demolition of a single storey storage unit and the construction of a four-bedroom two-storey infill dwelling at Buglers Ballyboden House.
Applicant Mary Bugler had lodged an appeal with An Bord Pleanala against South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse permission.

The site, which is located to the rear of Buglers Ballyboden House, Ballyboden Road, Rathfarnham has now been given the green light for the proposed plans.
The two storey infill dwelling will have dormer window on front/northern elevation, single storey rear element and private garden to the rear, together with provision of a vehicular access via Glendoher Close, on-curtilage car parking and all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including SUDS surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatments and landscaping.
