Portfolio of apartments in Lucan sold for €1.6m

A portfolio of seven residential units comprising two one-bedroom apartments, three two-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom dormer bungalows was sold for €1.6 million at the latest BidX1 auction on Thursday.

The properties are located at Anley Court with six of the properties vanact.

There was also two warehouse units in Clondalkin sold for €341,000. The warehouses located at Station Road Business Park had a current rent reserved of €7,200 per annum with vacant possession of the second unit.

A number of other residential properties were also sold and were in big demand during the auction.

A mid-terrace three bedroom house in Bawnlea Green in Tallaght was sold for €142,000.

A first floor two bedroom apartment in Cedar Lodge Stocking Lane in Rathfarnham was €252,000. The property is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €15,600 per annum. There is two designated parking spaces with the property.

A detached four bedroom house in Lucan was sold for €537,000.

The property on Mount Andrew Road was vacant and 76 bids were made for the property.

A second floor two bedroom apartment was sold in Rathcoole for €181,000.

The apartment in the Courthouse on Main Street is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €14,400 per annum.

A second floor two bedroom apartment Fort Ostman in Crumlin was sold for €220,000.

A first floor two bedroom apartment in West Park in Citywest went for €162,000. The property is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €12,300 per annum.
