‘Absolutely filthy’ dog fouling issue in county

THE prevalence of dog fouling in the county has been branded “absolutely filthy” by a local councillor, while the council outlined the difficulty it faces in trying to issue fines for it.

At Monday’s meeting of the Tallaght Area Committee, Fianna Fáil councillor Teresa Costello raised the issue and called for an increase in dog warden patrols in Dodder Valley Park and Aylesbury.
