‘Ad-hoc’ development for 42 houses is refused permission
A PROPOSAL for 42 houses to the east of Stoney Hill Road in Rathcoole has been described as an “inappropriate” and “piecemeal, ad-hoc development” by South Dublin County Council.
Romeville Developments Limited’s plans included the construction of 42 three-bedroom dwellings in a mix of terraced and semi-detached units.
