THE Bank of Ireland building in Ballyfermot is for sale through Cushman and Wakefield for €2.15 million, reports Brendan Grehan.
The property comprises a two-storey mid terraced building which extends to approx 412.76 sq (4,443 sq ft).

It is currently let to The Governor & Company of The Bank of Ireland on a 25 year full repairing and insuring lease from 01.07.07 at €145,202 per annum. The lease is subject to five yearly upward only rent reviews. The tenants are not affected.
The property comprises a two-storey late 1970’s building of traditional construction. Internally the ground floor is laid out to provide for a large open plan banking hall and offices on ground floor with the first floor providing additional canteen and storage space.
