Residents of an apartment building called for authorities to address illegal parking outside their block, which increased “after The Square started charging parking fees.”
“The issue has been there for a long time, but in the past six months the road is often blocked,” said Ewelina Krawszynska, the owner of an apartment in Tuansgate, Belgard Square East.
