What was your first job?

I worked in Sydney after college for a German Bank delivering traders cheques around the city from one bank to another. My Irish suit wasn’t made for the Sydney summers.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Take every opportunity you are given  and don’t be afraid to go after things.

Who would come to your ideal dinner party?

Ronan O’Gara , Barack Obama and  Ed Sheeran.

Social media – LinkedIn, X, Facebook or Instagram?

All to an extent due to the fact we have these platforms for our brands. Personally I spend a lot of time on Instagram, following  friends and family.

How much time do you spend on Social Media a week?

As my family say, too much.

What do you do in your spare time?

I am a huge sports fan so anything with a ball, stick, racket etc. I am an avid rugby fan and will watch any team playing.

I also like to spend time chasing  sunrises/sunsets with my camera.

I played rugby for Munster as a schoolboy.
