Charged with theft of DVD player

A WOMAN accused of stealing a dvd player intends to fight her case, Tallaght Court has heard.

Melissa McInerney, aged 21, with an address at Drumcairn Green, Tallaght, is charged with stealing a Lg dvd player worth €49 from Tesco, The Square, on April 14, 2018.

McInerney’s solicitor, Padraig O’Donovan, told Judge Patricia McNamara that his client was pleading not guilty to the charge.

Judge McNamara remanded McInerney on continuing bail to a date in September for hearing.
