Citywest Hotel given go-ahead for €20m cemetery on grounds

PLANS for a €20m cemetery with more than 8,000 burial plots within the grounds of Citywest Hotel have been granted planning permission.

An Bord Pleanála upheld the decision of South Dublin County Council to approve the development, which is set to be located on a portion of the former 18-hole golf course at the Citywest Hotel and Convention Centre.
