
Clondalkin man accused of robbing pharmacy will be tried in Circuit Court

A MAN accused of robbing a Clondalkin pharmacy will be tried in the Circuit Court, Blanchardstown District Court has heard.
Patrick Fennell, aged 43,with an address at Greenfort Avenue, Clondalkin, is charged with robbing €200 cash and €50 worth of medicine from Green Park Pharmacy, Clondalkin, on February 4, 2017.
He is also charged with producing a hammer during the robbery at Green Park Pharmacy on the above date.
A Garda told Judge David McHugh that he arrested Fennell before the court that morning. He said Fennell was later charged and made no reply when charged.
He said the DPP had directed trial on indictment and asked for six weeks for service of the book of evidence.
Judge McHugh remanded Fennell on continuing bail for six weeks for service of the book of evidence.
