Corkagh Park works on track
UPGRADE works at Corkagh Park are on track according to South Dublin County Council.
At the council meeting this week, Cllr William Carey (SF) asked if the works at Corkagh Park being carried out are on schedule.
“Is it being picked up? It was mentioned at the last full council meeting we had because there was concerns about the slow pace of work going on in Corkagh Park, particularly around the café area where the roof at that stage hadn’t been put on,” asked Cllr Carey.
South Dublin County Council chief executive Colm Ward said an update went out councillors recently and that is “still the position.”
Enhancement works at the park include a new hub zone with café, multi-event stage, and upgrades to car parks at St Johns/Green Isle.
