Coronavirus: 1,180 new cases confirmed

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been notified of 1,180* confirmed cases of COVID-19.

According to information provided through the Department of Health’s Twitter account 1,180 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 are being reported as of midnight, Saturday, September 4.

As of 8am today, 362 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, of which 59 are in ICU.
