Could it be you? Winning €1m National Lottery ticket sold in Tallaght

A LUCKY National Lottery player has won the top prize of €1,000,000 after buying a Daily Million ticket in the Mace store in Killinarden on Sunday, November 21.

The National Lottery has this afternoon confirmed that the top prize was won during the Daily Million draw at 2pm on Sunday, with the ticket bought in Mace, Tallaght Business Park.

According to Niall Malone, Mace Store Manager: “We’ve been telling all of our customers who have come into the shop so far this morning to check their tickets carefully.

“There’s a great buzz around the place as all of the staff are excited to hear the news too.

“We have lots of local customers so hopefully it’s someone in the area who has won the €1 million.

“They might not have even realised their luck yet – hopefully they check their ticket soon to find out that it’s worth €1 million!”

The weekend winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket, keep it safe and make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222.

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on all National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language.

In total more than €6 billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 34 years ago – with €254 million raised in 2020.
