SOUTH Dublin County Council estimate approximately €1.5m could be generated per annum based on the establishment of a new visitor destination at Lucan House.
The local authority is currently progressing its Lucan House Master Plan, a process which involves public consultations, surveys, leaflet drops and marketing to gauge public opinion.
