Council to buy Lucan House in €15m deal
THE purchase of the Italian ambassador’s residence, Lucan House, by South Dublin County Council has officially been agreed, according to an update on the sale this week.
As reported in The Echo last September, it’s understood that the local authority has bought the house and adjoining lands in a deal worth nearly €15m.
