The sale is being managed by real estate agents Savills, who describe the subject site as a “broadly rectangular-shaped site with triple frontage onto estate roads within Magna Business Park.”
The land is zoned under Objective EE – to provide for enterprise and employment-related uses, and all mains services are available to the subject site.
In terms of design and build opportunities, Savills state that finished units can also be provided to occupiers’ specifications for sale or lease on a design and build basis.
The site benefits from being a short walk to Citywest Shopping Centre and the Citywest Business Campus Luas stops, and is also within easy reach of the N81 and N7.
Surrounding occupiers include United Drug, Leo Pharma, Milish Foods, Tucks O’Brien, Actavo and Cassidy Wines.
The price for the 3.01-hectare site is available on application, and all inspections of the site are strictly by appointment only.
