
DFB attend second fire in a week at Tallaght apartment building
Dublin Fire Brigade were called to a fire at an apartment block in Tallaght last night – the second blaze at the property in less than a week.
Four units in total from Tallaght, Dolphin’s Barn and Tara Street attended the scene on Belgard Square after an emergency call was received at around 10:10pm.

According to DFB, the fire was located behind the exterior cladding of a wall.
A turntable ladder, which can extend to 100ft, was used to help firerfighters contain and extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported.
It’s the second time in less than week that DFB attended a fire at the apartment complex after they were called to an incident last Friday night in which a mother had to be taken to hospital.
A Garda investigation into that incident is underway, and anyone with information is asked to call Tallaght Garda station on 01-6666000.
