‘Disaster’ if the government purchases Citywest Hotel
A group of residents from Saggart and surrounding areas called on the government to “abandon” plans to buy Citywest Hotel at their protest at Leinster House on Wednesday.
The group ‘Stop Government purchase of Citywest Hotel’ has been formed no more than a couple weeks ago as the news about an upcoming deal between the Irish state and the hotel owners broke.
