‘Discussions are going on’ land lying dormant 10 years

“THERE seems to be a blockage or a barrier somewhere along the way between here and Rome,” said an exasperated Daithí Doolan (SF) at the South Central area meeting this week.

Once again, Doolan was bringing up the proposals for a development of 176 social housing units at the Sons of Divine Providence (SDP) site in Ballyfermot – plans which were first mooted ten years ago.
