€1.5m for new creche building in Kilcarbery

A CRECHE building in the Kilcarbery Grange housing development has gone on the market with an asking price of €1.5m.

The detached building is part of the wider Kilcarbery Grange development, which consists of more than 1,000 new houses.

The building extends to c. 909sq.m of creche accommodation, laid out over two floors (ground floor c. 517sq.m and first floor c. 392 sq.m).

It also features an external play space of c. 124 sq.m with scope to increase, according to DNG New Homes which is managing the sale of the property.

The creche, which will be completed to shell and core condition, is accessed off the Outer Ring Road (R136) and located less than 1km from the M7.

Kilcarbery Grange is also located close to strategic rail connections at Kishoge, Clondalkin and Adamstown train stations.

Kilcarbery Grange is being developed as a joint venture between South Dublin County Council and Adwood Ltd., a consortium of established Dublin Builders, Maplewood Residential and The Adroit Company.
