A COUNCILLOR has criticised South Dublin County Council’s long-term leasing of houses for social housing tenants from private landlords at a cost of almost €20m this year.
It was revealed at council meeting last week that funding of €19.34m has been ring-fenced by the council to cover costs associated with leasing housing from private landlords.
