A PLOT of land adjacent to the Naas Road and near the Citywest Business Campus has gone on the market for €2.5m.

The 2.75-hectare Browns Barn site is zoned for enterprise and employment use and will be sold with vacant position, according to estate agent Savills.

Described in the estate agent’s brochure as a “well-connected site”, the land benefits from access to the N7, the M50 and the Red Cow Luas stop.

“This high-profile site benefits [from] extensive road frontage directly onto the N7 and access can be directly provided,” according to Savills.

The subject site is located approximately 15km west of Dublin City Centre, and approximately 6km from Tallaght.
