Emergency accommodation and student studios refused
A PROPOSAL for the change of use of the former The Shack Bar and Restaurant in Tallaght into 15 residential studios for students and as emergency accommodation has been refused permission.
South Dublin County Council stated that the proposal “represent[ed] a substandard level of residential development”.
