
‘Everyone blooming’ with opening of ASD classrooms
Two new classrooms catering for students with ASD were opened in Old Bawn Community School on Friday, with the aim of seeing “everyone blooming.”
The reconfigured area in the school, purposely called ‘Blossom’ comprises of two ASD classrooms which will cater for twelve students – six in each – some of them full-time and some of them also attending mainstream classes.
