A substantial warehouse investment in Fashion City sold for €629,000 – €209,000 over its asking price.
Comprising of two ground floor retail warehouse units together with office accommodation overhead Unit 13 in Fashion City, Ballymount had an asking price of €420,000 with BidX1 auction.
