Film studio planned for the 12th Lock

A FILM studio is proposed to form part of the redevelopment of the 12th Lock, Councillors were told at last month’s Lucan area meeting.

Council official Laura Leonard said that the Council had identified a need for postproduction studio facilities adding that the redevelopment would incorporate an academy where students of film and television and production can come to learn the techniques in a real world situation.
